Every venue has different lighting, AV setups, and access restrictions. If we haven't shot at your venue before, we scout ahead.

Standard delivery is 3-4 business days. Rush delivery (24-48 hours or same-day) is available when you need images immediately for media or communications.
Yes. We're based in Sydney but regularly photograph events in Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Adelaide. For interstate events, we build travel costs into the quote upfront.
