  • Standard coverage delivers 50-75 professionally color-corrected images per hour. For a 6-hour conference, expect 300-450 final images. All images are high-resolution and web-optimized.

  • Yes. Expedited delivery can be arranged for conferences or events where images are required quickly for media, internal communications, or post-event reporting. This can be discussed during planning.

  • Standard delivery is 3-4 business days. Rush delivery (24-48 hours or same-day) is available when you need images immediately for media or communications.

  • Yes. We're based in Sydney but regularly photograph events in Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, and Adelaide. For interstate events, we build travel costs into the quote upfront.

  • For conferences and large events, book 2-3 months in advance to secure availability. For smaller events, we can often accommodate 1-2 week lead times.
